We are not in network with Community Health of Washington, Tricare, TriWest, Apple Health Medicaid, Molina (Excludes Molina Medicare), Aetna HMO, Premera Basic Health, and Basic Health.
For massage therapy, we’re in-network with Premera/Lifewise, Regence, Kaiser, and Ambetter. The service is provided by a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Washington.
A valid massage referral is required to bill your insurance. This referral must include a start date, number of visits, and diagnosis codes. If you don’t have a referral, feel free to ask us about getting one at no additional charge from one of our doctors.

Medical necessity is a service or procedure for the diagnosis, treatment or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.
Insurance companies DO NOT pay for wellness, prevention, and maintenance. We have excellent options for this type of care when insurance benefits are no longer available.
VERIFICATION
If we are in network with your insurance, please keep in mind coverage and benefits vary for each plan. We offer a complimentary verification of benefits, although benefits quoted are estimates, as insurance companies consistently misquote benefits.
