When staying at a hotel, you never know what kind of pillow you’ll get, and pillows come in so many different styles that switching them out can make it harder to fall asleep. To reduce back strain on airplanes, trains, or other unfamiliar vehicles, another piece of advice is to pack a soft seat cushion.
